The Psychedelic Guide

The Psychedelic Guide is the working name of Fons Kint, a 43-year-old psychedelic coach whose home base is Amsterdam. He has guided psilocybin experiences for about ten years, in high doses and through microdosing, and for the past few years has done so full-time. He works in Dutch, English and Italian.

His own path is part of the story. He began studying pedagogy, did not finish, and ended with a degree in music production. He then worked in psychiatric healthcare. He says psychedelics helped him find his own happiness again, and that his depression and suicidal thoughts are long behind him. His stated philosophy fits on the site's banner: trust the science, believe the magic.

The work rests on magic truffles, which are legal in the Netherlands. What sets the practice apart, by its own account, is its shape. Every program runs about eight weeks: three preparation calls, the session itself, and follow-up integration calls. Preparation covers mindset and how to navigate the psychedelic state. Integration, the pages argue, is where insight turns into lasting change. Sessions take place in what the site describes as a safe, therapeutic setting. A free introduction call comes first.

The programs scale from a single one-on-one session to two sessions, or a two-guide format in which Magda Haver or Jessika LaGarde joins as second guide. A custom retreat adds accommodation plus mindfulness and wellness activities, and a separate eight-week microdosing program takes a more gradual route. Alongside this practice, Kint works as a lead guide for a large Amsterdam psychedelic guiding company and facilitates at group ceremonies. The pages list no street address for the sessions themselves.
