Ritiro di yoga
Descrizione
Winter Respite is a yoga and meditation retreat at Xinalani Retreat in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, led by Kristin Page. It is set where the jungle meets the Pacific coast, and it is open to experienced practitioners and to people new to yoga and meditation who want a quiet stretch of time to slow down and reconnect.
What to Expect
Each day follows an unhurried rhythm built around meditation, vinyasa yoga, rest, and good food. The morning begins with coffee and snacks, then a half hour of meditation, then an all levels vinyasa yoga class. Breakfast follows, and then comes the long middle of the day.
That open time, from late morning until lunch at 2:30 pm, is left for you to use as you like. You might swim, hike, kayak, snorkel, receive a spa treatment, or simply rest in a hammock overlooking the water. In the late afternoon, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm, the group comes back together for meditation and restorative yoga, a gentler practice meant to help body and mind settle and integrate the day. Dinner is at 7:30 pm.
The typical daily schedule:
- 7:00 to 7:30 am: morning coffee and snacks
- 7:30 to 8:00 am: meditation
- 8:00 to 9:30 am: yoga
- 10:00 to 11:00 am: breakfast
- 11:00 am to 2:30 pm: open time
- 2:30 to 3:30 pm: lunch
- 5:00 to 6:30 pm: meditation and restorative yoga
- 7:30 to 8:30 pm: dinner
The aim is a supportive community setting where you can deepen your practice and leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
